Another day begins as I pull into our headquarters just as the sun peeks over Red Mountain. As a service professional with Grissom Service Company, every day brings new opportunities to help homeowners across Birmingham’s diverse communities maintain comfortable, efficient homes.
Morning Routes
My first call takes me to a charming Tudor-style residence in Mountain Brook, where a family needs their system serviced before the afternoon heat sets in. The tree-lined streets and historic architecture make this neighborhood a pleasure to work in.
Next up is Homewood, where a long-time customer needs maintenance on their unit. The close-knit community feel here always reminds me why I love serving the Greater Birmingham area.
Midday Service
By lunch, I’m heading to Vestavia Hills, navigating the familiar winding roads. The elevated views of the city from here never get old, even after years of service calls in the area.
