A call comes in from Conway – an elderly resident’s heating system has stopped working. These situations remind me why we maintain our rapid response times. After diagnosing the issue, it’s a relatively quick fix involving a faulty thermostat.

Before heading back to headquarters, I ensure all paperwork is complete and the van is restocked for tomorrow. Serving communities from Little Rock to Cabot means being prepared for anything.
